How to request a replacement: email info@matteocolombostudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect and of the packaging. No need to return the damaged item. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund you in full.
Cancellations and changes: you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that your print is in production.
Returns: every print is made to order, so we can't accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.
