Quality Guarantee: On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during shipping or have a framing defect. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email us detailed photos of the damaged product and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly replace, credit or refund your order. No need to return the damaged item, feel free to simply discard or donate it.
Damage-Free Guarantee: If you are requesting a product replacement due to damage, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1) photos of damaged products must clearly include the area of damage and all packaging;
2) photos of damaged products must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date of the applicable order;
3) replacement of a damaged product may take up to 10 business days to complete
Returns: Our prints are custom "hand-made to order", which means it is manufactured only after you have placed your order. For this reason we can't accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.
Cancellation and Changes: As soon as you place your order, we get to work.
