Every print is made to order
Each print is produced specifically for you after you place your order. For this reason, please read the conditions below before ordering.
Cancellations and changes – within 24 hours
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email us at info@matteocolombostudio.com with your order number and we will cancel it with a full refund or make the change. After 24 hours your print is in production and the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Returns
Because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
Damaged or defective prints – free replacement
If your print arrives damaged during transport, or has a manufacturing defect (printing or framing), we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement:
- Email info@matteocolombostudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number.
- Include clear photos of the damage or defect and of the packaging.
You don’t need to send the item back. Replacements are usually produced and shipped within 10 business days. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund you in full.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
