Our prints are custom "made to order", which means it is manufactured only after you have placed your order.
For this reason we can't accept returns or offer a replacement or refund for a change of mind.
As soon as you place your order, we get to work.
Therefore, we are only able to cancel or make changes to an order within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed.If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during shipping. If one or more of your products arrives damaged, please email us detailed photos of the damaged product and packaging at email@example.com.
We will offer a free replacement after reviewing the damage.
If you are requesting a product replacement due to damage or flaw, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1) photos of damaged products must clearly include the area of damage and all packaging;
2) photos of damaged products must be received by us within 72 hours of the delivery date of the applicable order;
3) replacement of a damaged product may take up to 15 business days to complete
