Our prints are created using professional museum quality paper, acid free that will not fade or change color over time, with amazing color depth, detail and contrast. A poster due to its manufacturing process and materials has a lower quality and durability

We only use high quality acrylic glazing, engineered to offer the highest optical clarity, as it is lightweight and safe to handle without any risk of breaking
Real life printed images may have slight colour variation, when compared to images viewed on a computer monitor, tablet or smartphone depending on the resolution / settings on the device. We strive to ensure all images are displayed correctly in our store and true to color, however we cannot account for subtle variations on different electronic displays, as each screen will differ.
Shipping & Handling
All of our products are made to order and production begins once your order is placed. Standard shipping times depend on your location and shipping method selected.
The majority of orders for US, UK, EU and Australia are delivered within 5-14 business days.
For other countries, I will provide an estimate at checkout.
If your print is needed by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order, we will get back to you with a quote for an expedited shipping.
We ship your print from the nearest lab facility, in order to ensure a faster delivery and avoid customs / import duties (except for Canada):
- For US customers, shipment from North Carolina
- For UK customers, shipment from UK (Hampshire)
- For European customers, shipment from the Netherlands
- For Australian customers, shipment from Australia (Victoria)
- For Canadian customers, shipment from UK or the Netherlands
US, UK, EU (Eurozone) and Australian customers will NOT pay for customs duties because the print will be shipped from within your country / region.
Canadian customers and European customers outside the Eurozone may be subject to customs duties because the print will be shipped from UK or EU
If an item is not available for shipment to your country, please contact us and we will send you a custom quotation, we can ship anywhere in the world
Returns / Cancellations
If your print arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please email us detailed photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging and we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost, without requiring you to return the damaged item.
Our prints are custom "made to order", which means it is manufactured only after you have placed your order.
For this reason we can't accept returns or offer a replacement for a change of mind.
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel your order, please email us at info@matteocolombostudio.com with subject line CANCEL MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

If 24 hours have passed, your order will be in production and can no longer be modified or canceled
