UNFRAMED PRINTS (PRINT ONLY)

- Prints with no frame are printed edge to edge, do not include a white border.
- Lustre Paper: printed on Kodak Professional Endura photo paper 240gsm, which has a slight gloss with a pearl-like texture, highly saturated look and maximum ink coverage. We recommend this paper for images with a high contrast, and vivid colors.
- Matte Paper: printed on premium quality heavyweight fine art paper, 200gsm, archival and acid free for the maximum durability. It has a smooth, non-glare surface. We recommend this paper for images with a wide tonal range and low contrast.
- Due to different print size ratios, minimal cropping of the picture may occur.

FRAMED PRINTS

- White Mat option = the print is mounted on a 2 inch white mat (matboard). The size you order includes the white mat.
- No Mat option = the print fills all the frame without a white matboard (full bleed print).
- The frame is made using 100% natural, FSC certified sustainable wood timber in a natural, black, white, silver or gold enamel finish.
- The frame has an acrylic Perspex glaze on the front (not glass), that is shatter-proof and offers UV protection and less reflections.
- Width and depth of frame is 20 mm.
- Each framed piece is delivered ready to hang with pre-installed hanging hardware.
- Due to different frame size ratios, minimal cropping of the picture may occur.

US, UK, EU (Eurozone) and Australian customers will NOT pay for customs duties because the print will be manufactured and shipped from within your country / region.

Standard shipping times depend on your location and shipping method selected.
The majority of orders for US, UK, EU and Australia are delivered within 5-14 business days.

- Unframed Prints 12 x 8 in (30 x 20 cm) and smaller will be shipped in a flat, resistant postal envelope.
- Unframed Prints above 12 x 8 in (30 x 20 cm) will be shipped rolled in a heavy duty postal tube.
- Framed prints, canvas, metal prints and acrylic prints will be carefully protected are safely sealed and secured with a cardboard insert and damage-resistant packaging. Rigid, double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes ensure maximum protection.

Quality Guarantee: On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during shipping or have a framing defect. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email us detailed photos of the damaged product and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly replace, credit or refund your order. No need to return the damaged item, feel free to simply discard or donate it.

Damage-Free Guarantee: If you are requesting a product replacement due to damage, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1) photos of damaged products must clearly include the area of damage and all packaging;
2) photos of damaged products must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date of the applicable order;
3) replacement of a damaged product may take up to 10 business days to complete

Returns: Our prints are custom "hand-made to order", which means it is manufactured only after you have placed your order. For this reason we can't accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.

Cancellation and Changes: As soon as you place your order, we get to work.
